Location: Ho Chi Minh City (Diamond Island, District 2)
Salary: 25–30 million VND/month + performance-based bonuses
Schedule: Full-time – Immediate interviews
ABOUT KPS
KPS is a technology and engineering company with 15 years of solid presence in the Vietnamese market.
We are entering a phase of internal management system standardization and professionalization, especially in human resources.
We are not looking for someone to "maintain an old system" – we need someone to build a new system aligned with KPS’s development direction.
ARE YOU THE ONE WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
You are someone who:
• Has 3–7 years of experience as a generalist HR in a small to mid-sized or fast-growing company
• Has experience designing or improving onboarding, performance evaluation, and compensation systems
• Understands labor law and social insurance procedures in Vietnam
• Works well with technical, business, and accounting teams
• Aspires to grow into an HR Manager role within 1–2 years
• Doesn’t just follow templates – but wants to create suitable processes from the ground up
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Design and implement onboarding and offboarding processes
• Develop systems for probation and regular KPI evaluations
• Support payroll, insurance, and performance-based bonuses
• Draft internal procedures and HR policies
• Work directly with the CEO and business unit directors
• Strengthen internal culture and enhance employee experience
