Có. Việc tách riêng giúp dễ quản lý, thi công, bảo trì. Hệ thống điện nhẹ (mạng LAN, CCTV, PA, báo cháy...) thường chạy riêng theo chuẩn cáp tín hiệu, không chung ống với điện động lực để tránh nhiễu và mất an toàn.
Khi nào nên dùng hệ thống HVAC trung tâm thay vì máy lạnh cục bộ?
- Khi diện tích sàn lớn, có nhiều khu vực sử dụng đồng thời.
- Yêu cầu thẩm mỹ cao (trần phẳng, không lắp cục nóng).
- Dự án cao cấp cần kiểm soát nhiệt độ chính xác.
Hệ thống VRV/VRF, Chiller hoặc AHU là lựa chọn lý tưởng.
