Automatic Fire Alarm & Fire Extinguishing System

KPS is a partner of leading brands in the field of fire protection including: Bosch, GST, Simplex, Janus Fire System...

The system is designed and constructed according to EN54, UL/FM, TCVN standards, ensuring early detection - accurate warning - quick response in all situations.

Main components:

• Addressable fire alarm system with intelligent control center.
• Smoke, heat, gas detectors using optical technology and multi-layer sensors.
• Automatic fire extinguishing system using clean gas HFC-227ea/FM-200, Novec 1230 or Sprinkler system.
• Synchronously connected with the emergency announcement sound system (PA/VA) to guide safe evacuation.

Announcement Sound System

LEGO Binh Duong Factory

KPS is proud to be the unit providing comprehensive Security solutions for LEGO Binh Duong Factory - one of the largest FDI projects in Vietnam, and also the first factory of the LEGO Group to achieve carbon neutral standards globally.

With LEGO's strict international standards on safety, security and sustainability, KPS has designed and implemented a comprehensive integrated security - safety solution, meeting the highest requirements in the modern production environment:

Main implementation items:

CCTV Camera System: Applying smart AI technology to help identify objects, warn of intrusion and monitor the entire factory premises 24/7.

Access Control System: Integrates magnetic card, fingerprint, and facial recognition to tightly control traffic flow 

Recruit employees, visitors and contractors.
Public Address System (PA/VA): Ensure internal communication, broadcast emergency information and coordinate activities throughout the factory.
Automatic Fire Alarm & Fire Extinguishing System: Designed according to EN54 and UL/FM standards, using Bosch - GST fire alarm equipment combined with Janus Fire clean gas fire extinguishing system, ensuring absolute safety for people and property.
Smart Parking Management System: Applying automatic barriers, license plate recognition cameras (LPR) to optimize control of vehicles entering and exiting and logistics operations.
All systems are integrated and centrally monitored at the Security Operation Center, allowing smart operation, centralized control and quick response to all situations.

Pandora Production Vietnam Factory

KPS is proud to be the supplier and implementer of Bosch automatic fire alarm system for Pandora Production Vietnam Factory - one of the large-scale high-end jewelry factories with leading safety standards in VSIP II Industrial Park - Binh Duong.

With the characteristics of the factory including many production areas, warehouses and administrative offices, KPS has designed and implemented Bosch smart fire alarm system in compliance with international standard EN54, strictly meeting the requirements of fire prevention and fighting safety in modern industrial environments.

The solution deployed by KPS includes:

• Bosch FPA-5000 Addressable Fire Alarm Center - flexible, easy to expand and centrally managed.
• Optical smoke detector, heat detector, bell - siren - warning light, combined with network-connected monitoring equipment to ensure early detection - accurate warning - quick response.
• Optimizing equipment arrangement in each functional area, ensuring comprehensive coverage and stable warning signals.
• In particular, the system is integrated with the Bosch emergency announcement sound system (PA/VA), allowing the transmission of evacuation instructions by area, supporting safe and effective situation handling.

Accredo Asia Packaging Factory

Accredo Asia Factory is located in VSIP II-A Industrial Park, Binh Duong Province - one of the most modern and dynamic industrial parks in Vietnam. This is a high-quality packaging production facility serving both domestic and international markets, invested with strict standards on safety, quality and environment.

In this project, KPS is proud to be the supplier and implementer of the overall security system, including:

• Bosch CCTV system helps to comprehensively monitor 24/7 production areas, warehouses, entrances and administrative areas, supporting sharp and stable recording in all environmental conditions.
• Bosch Access Control system helps to manage and assign flexible access rights by area, ensuring that only authorized people can access key areas - improving security and personnel management efficiency.
• Bosch devices are selected for their high durability, stable operation in harsh industrial environments, and friendly control interface, helping the operating team easily control and monitor all operations.

Deneast Vietnam Dairy and Beverage Factory

Deneast Vietnam Dairy and Beverage Factory is located at No. 7, Road 31, VSIP II-A Industrial Park, Tan Uyen, Binh Duong Province, one of the key industrial parks in the Southern region. This is a modern production facility, applying advanced technology in processing milk and dairy beverage products to serve the domestic and export markets.

In this project, KPS is honored to be selected as the unit to supply and deploy a comprehensive technical solution, including:

Bosch security camera system (CCTV) helps ensure 24/7 safety and security monitoring for the entire production area, warehouse, entrance gate and administrative area.

Bosch access control system (Access Control) helps manage access tightly, assigns flexible authorization by area, helps control personnel and ensures compliance with internal security regulations.
The internal network and LAN-TEL telephone system builds a stable information connection infrastructure, effectively supporting internal operations and communication.
