EasyIO FW-14 WiFi Integrated IP Controller

The EasyIO FW-14 is a WiFi integrated IP controller designed for medium-scale BMS applications that require more than a basic controller, but not yet a high-performance edge controller.

The device offers a balanced I/O configuration with 8 analog inputs, 4 analog outputs, and 2 relay outputs, sufficient to independently operate HVAC systems such as large FCUs, small AHUs, or distributed control areas. This reduces the need for upfront I/O expansion, simplifying system design and implementation.

With its WiFi and Ethernet connectivity, the FW-14 allows for flexible deployment in both new construction and retrofit projects, particularly effective in areas where signal wiring is difficult. Simultaneously, the device ensures BMS integration via BACnet, Modbus, and MQTT protocols, enabling seamless connection to the central system.

The FW-14 is suitable for acting as a zone controller in a distributed control architecture, where each device processes independently in the field but still synchronizes data to the overall management system.

• 8 Universal Inputs (UI) supporting voltage, resistance, or status signal reading
• 4 Analog Outputs (AO) for continuous signal control
• 2 Digital Outputs (DO) relays, suitable for ON/OFF device control

This configuration allows the device to effectively meet applications such as controlling FCUs, small AHUs, ventilation systems, or functional areas in a building. For expansion, the FW-14 can be combined with the EasyIO FD-20i module to increase the number of input points.

In addition, the device integrates many features to support system operation, such as:
