The i-PRO WV-RD5500-CS is an outdoor security radar device using 60GHz mmWave technology, specifically designed for harsh environments, coastal areas, and high-salinity environments. It combines accurate, wide-area intrusion detection with superior durability, meeting the stringent security requirements of infrastructure and industrial projects.

The device provides a 180° scanning area, allowing for vehicle detection up to 100m and human detection up to 70m, enabling effective monitoring of open areas, fences, and security perimeters. Thanks to its 60GHz millimeter wave radar technology, the WV-RD5500-CS operates stably in all lighting and weather conditions, unaffected by rain, fog, dust, shadows, or backlighting, while minimizing false alarms.

The WV-RD5500-CS supports direct connection of up to four i-PRO Edge-AI PTZ cameras, allowing the radar to detect targets and automatically control the camera's pan, zoom, and tracking in real time without the need for a central analysis server. Edge Processing enables fast system response, reduces infrastructure costs, and increases operational stability.

The device integrates internal cameras, supporting precise radar scanning area alignment during installation and allowing for basic image verification at the installation point, optimizing system construction and maintenance.

The device meets IP66 dust and water resistance and IK10 impact and vandalism standards. Notably, the product features a salt corrosion-resistant design according to ISO 14993 standards, ensuring stable operation and a long lifespan in coastal environments, ports, and industrial areas near the sea.

In addition, the WV-RD5500-CS complies with stringent security and origin standards such as NDAA, TAA Compliant, and FIPS 140-3 Level 3, making it suitable for projects requiring a high level of security, critical infrastructure, and enterprise-grade security systems.
