The infrared lens integrated in this Flexidome series camera ensures optimal video brightness even when zoomed in and capture performance up to 30 frames per second. Day/night performance observation feature, illumination operation provides high performance even in low light environments.

Intelligent Dynamic Noise Reduction (iDNR)

Static scenes with little or no movement require lower bit rates. By intelligently distinguishing between noise and relevant information such as motion, Intelligent Dynamic Noise Reduction (IDNR) reduces bit rates by up to 50%

And because noise is reduced at the source during image acquisition, lower bit rates do not compromise video quality. With IDNR, Bosch aims to significantly reduce storage costs and network load by using bandwidth only when needed.

Cloud-based services

The Flexidome IP Outdoor 5000I camera supports video data storage in the cloud, on a network video recorder, or on an integrated SD card. All cameras allow for easy backup to ensure the safe storage of relevant video data. Easily access video and control the camera using the Video Client or the free Bosch Video Security app.

Edge recording support

The MicroSD card slot supports up to 2TB of storage. The memory card can be used for internal alarm recording purposes. Pre-recording in RAM reduces the bandwidth for internal storage or increases the lifespan and usability if used with a memory card.

Storage management

Recording management can be controlled by Bosch video recording management (VRM) software or the camera can use iSCSI software with direct targeting without any recording software

Easy Installation

Power to the camera can be provided via Powerover-Ethernet using a standard network cable connection. With this configuration, only one cable connection is needed to view and control the camera.

Support for PoE (Power Over Ethernet) means that power is supplied over the network that is built into the device, making installation easier and more efficient. The camera can also be powered from 2 sources 24 VAC or 12 VDC.

Bosch IP cameras are supported by Auto Focus technology, making it easy to choose the installation location and operate day and night. This technology can be easily activated from the web browser or by pressing the button on the camera body.

Essential Video Analytics

Essential Video Analytics (EVA) enables Flexidome cameras to understand the data they collect. It generates metadata to enhance the user’s video analytics capabilities, rather than just recording and storing image data. The camera not only detects objects, but also provides related data such as size, speed, shape, direction of movement and color. AUTODOME IP automatically distinguishes between types of objects such as people, cars, bicycles, motorcycles or trucks.
