Wall Mount Addressable S/V Appliances

These appliances are powered, individually addressed, and controlled through the Simplex® FACU IDNAC SLC, with speakers operating on a separate NAC audio circuit. They support Class B T-tap wiring for reduced cost and wiring distance, and mount to a standard 4 × 4 in., 2-1/8 in. deep electrical box or surface/weatherproof back box. Models are available with 400–4000 Hz (Standard) or 200–10,000 Hz (High Fidelity) frequency ranges, with –BA versions assembled in the USA.

General Features

• Modular design: separate device, cover, back box, and wire guard → flexible installation.

• Flame-retardant plastic housing with easily removable covers.

• Supports 18–12 AWG wiring.

• Supervision LED with magnet test capability.

• ADA and NFPA 72 compliant (including 520 Hz for sleeping areas).

• Strobe candela selectable via FACU software or manual setting.

• Speaker taps: ¼ W, ½ W, 1 W, 2 W @ 25/70.7 Vrms.
