The TrueSite Workstation (TSW) is Simplex’s next-generation platform that manages the entire fire alarm and life safety system from a single computer-based graphical command center.

It provides centralized annunciation, logging, reporting, and point control for fire alarm systems.

Supports up to 250,000 ES Net points or 100,000 4120 network points.

Graphical Interface

• Full-color display with standard fire service icon-based controls.

• Supports up to 4 monitors, floating/pinned windows, pan & zoom, and auto-jump to event points.

• Allows addition of custom information (HAZMAT data, contact details, response instructions).

• Direct access to web links or live camera feeds from the graphical interface.

Compatibility

• Windows 10/11 (Pro/Enterprise; client also supports Home edition).

• Captive mode (TSW-only) or Non-captive mode (runs alongside other applications).

• Supports Mobile Client (iOS/Android).

• Data export to XML, email notifications, and WAV sound alerts.

Networking

• Multiple TCP/IP connections over LAN/WAN.

• Supports up to 60 remote clients (ES Net) or 20 clients (4120).

• Time synchronization via NTP server.

• ES Net redundancy supported (Class X).

Logging & Backup

• Stores up to 500,000 events with operator notes.

• Automatic backup/log/report via save, print, or email.

• Supports RAID 1 or Backup Utility.

Security

• Integrated McAfee and Norton support.

• Multiple access levels, 8–16 character password protection, lockout after failed attempts.
