Simplex 4007ES Fire Alarm Control Panel Overview

The Simplex 4007ES addressable fire alarm control panel delivers advanced fire alarm performance for small to medium sized installations, with features such as network connectivity, multi-hazard fire control support, building system integration, TrueAlert ES self-testing alarm technology and TrueAlarm addressable sensors.

The cabinet is equipped with a 4.3” color touch screen that supports both bilingual and Unicode, combined with a status LED system for intuitive operation and easy recognition of system status. Thanks to the ability to connect to the ES Net and 4120 networks, the 4007ES can operate independently or link multiple cabinets in the campus system, and support Class A/B wiring infrastructure, twisted or untwisted pair wiring, suitable for both new projects and upgrades from old systems.

The system provides four Class A/B NAC circuits with a total capacity of 6A, supports expansion with 4009 NAC Extender, and charges backup batteries up to 33Ah, ensuring continuous operation during power outages. The 8-point multi-function Zone/Relay modules can be flexibly configured as IDC input or relay output, supporting up to four modules (32 points) and multiple EOL resistor values for maximum compatibility.

In terms of software, the 4007ES stores in parallel Current and previous configurations, built-in Ethernet and USB ports for programming, upgrading and reporting. The system logs 1,000 alarm events and 1,000 faults, supports WALKTEST and Install Mode for convenient installation and maintenance.

The cabinet meets NEMA 1 standards, IP30, comes in two colors: red or platinum, polycarbonate glass door with safety lock, separate battery compartment.
