The Connected Services Gateway (CSG) from Simplex is an intelligent communication card designed for fire alarm systems.

Main Functions

• Transmits fire alarm/supervisory signals from the Fire Alarm Control Unit (FACU) to the monitoring center or to the SafeLINC cloud service.

• Enables remote access, allowing users and technicians to:

  • Monitor system status in real time.

  • Receive notifications/alerts of system events.

  • Support maintenance and improve monitoring efficiency.

• Backward upgrade support: migration path for replacing SDACT (Serial Digital Alarm Communicating Transmitters) on ES FACUs.

• Connects to ES Network Card via Ethernet cable.
