System Batteries – Simplex Sealed Lead-Acid Batteries

Simplex rechargeable sealed lead-acid batteries are specifically designed for fire alarm systems and other system applications, ensuring reliable and repeatable discharge/recharge performance. The immobilized electrolyte within an absorbent separator allows the batteries to deliver their rated capacity from the very first cycle.

With their sealed construction, batteries can be mounted directly within the system electronics enclosure, reducing the number of required cabinets and minimizing wiring distances. For larger capacity requirements, external battery cabinets can be installed adjacent to the FACU. Some cabinet models include integrated chargers for extended storage and long-term system operation.
