TrueAlert ES Multi-Tone Addressable Horn (49MT Series)

The TrueAlert ES 49MT Series is a multi-tone addressable fire alarm horn that receives signal, power, and supervision directly from the control panel through the IDNAC SLC circuit, delivering a regulated voltage of approximately 29 VDC.

Each device is individually addressable, enabling precise monitoring and remote control of every appliance.

Multiple tone options

• 7 selectable tones, including:

  • 520 Hz (NFPA 72 compliant for sleeping areas)

  • Broadband Horn, Bell, Chime, Slow Whoop, Siren

• Each tone can be set to High/Low dBA output levels.

Flexible sound patterns

• Supports Temporal, March Time, and Continuous patterns by combining tone type and output level.

Convenient setup & programming

• Tone and pattern selection can be configured remotely from the control panel, with no need for local device adjustment.

Automatic synchronization (ADA compliant)

• All devices on the same loop synchronize automatically without requiring additional modules or programming.

Built-in test functions (Self-Test and Magnet Test)

• Supports remote testing and on-site verification using a magnet.

• Device condition can be reported back to the control panel for maintenance.

Flexible installation

• Mounting base allows wiring to be completed prior to attaching the device.

• Compatible with single-gang, double-gang, or 4-inch square boxes.

• Supports 18–12 AWG wiring, with surface-mount covers and trim accessories available.
