The 4090-9120 is a single-address (Six Point Module) of the Simplex fire alarm system, providing:

• 4 T-Sense supervised inputs: monitor Normally Open (NO) dry contacts, distinguishing four conditions:

  • Normal: open circuit with EOL resistor

  • Open Circuit: loss of EOL → Trouble

  • Short: contact closed directly (e.g., Damper Closed, Fire Alarm)

  • Current Limited: contact closed through a series resistor (e.g., Damper Open, Supervisory)

• 2 Relay outputs (Form C, SPDT): control external devices (e.g., fans, dampers, motors, valves).

The module occupies only one IDNet address, but actually provides up to 6 I/O points (displayed as sub-points on the control panel).
