Simplex 4090-5250 – Multiple I/O Module (MX Technology)

The Multiple Input/Output (I/O) Module with MX Technology provides monitoring for 3 independent Class B inputs (N.O. or N.C.) and control for 2 Form C relay outputs (dry contact, volt-free).
All power is supplied directly from the MX loop with no external power required, occupying only one address while providing a total of 5 sub-points (3 inputs + 2 outputs).

Features

• MX loop powered, no external power supply needed.

• 3 Class B monitored inputs for N.O. or N.C. contacts.

• Style B wiring: multiple contacts in parallel (short = active, open = trouble).

• Style C wiring: single contact with current limiting (short/open = trouble).

• 2 Form C relay outputs, rated 2 A @ 24 VDC, with “stuck” condition monitoring.

• Status LEDs: steady ON for active input, flashing when polled by the panel.

• Addressable via the MX 850EMT Engineering Management Tool.

• Can be mounted in a D800 IP55 enclosure (with LED viewing window) or via DIN-Rail kit (non-UL).

• Certifications: UL 864, ULC, CSFM.
