The Simplex 2004FS Model 2004-9101 is a conventional fire alarm control panel (FACU) manufactured by Johnson Controls / Simplex, designed for small to medium-sized fire alarm systems requiring high stability, ease of operation, and UL/NFPA 72 compliance.

The panel is suitable for buildings that do not require addressability but still need full functionality for monitoring, alerting, and transmitting fire alarm signals to the central control panel.
