Each system includes a Control Unit (CU) which can be connected to delegate and chairman units. The advanced Control Unit is equipped with built-in recording, a user-friendly LCD screen and an SD card slot for recording.

Unique, patent-pending 'Possible-To-Speak' indication
The 'Possible-To-Speak' indication is a visual aid that gives delegates a clear indication when their microphone is on and they can speak. Depending on the CU mode selection, up to four delegates can have their microphones switched on simultaneously. During the meeting, the 'Possible-To-Speak' indication on each delegate unit can be shown in three modes: red, white or off.
Excellent speech intelligibility with built-in feedback suppressionThe use of genuine Bosch DAFS (Digital Acoustic Feedback Suppression) ensures a further increase in speech intelligibility. This technology uses proprietary DSP (Digital Signal Processing) functions to balance sound pressure levels above normal feedback thresholds. As a result, users can increase the volume above normal levels without creating feedback or causing the microphones to 'howl'.

Full discussion control
The CCS 900 Ultro allows the chairman to manage and record proceedings. The chairman device has a priority button with a 'attention' chime to mute delegate microphones. It is also possible to add an optional microphone and other equipment.
Plug-and-play conference system
As an all-in-one, plug-and-play solution, the CCS 900 Ultro requires no operator or special training. Anyone can use the intuitive controls immediately. The displays on the CU are language-independent, and microphone modes and volume can be adjusted using the CU rotary controls.
Built-in recording and playback (MP3) facility, stored on removable SD card
The chairman can record and playback up to 64 hours of discussion using a 2 GB SD card. If a new SD card needs to be inserted, the patent-pending 'buffer memory' saves the current discussion for up to 60 seconds, ensuring no data is lost during card exchange. The CCS 900 Ultro offers several options for playback functionality, including previous recordings, background music or pre-recorded messages and speeches.
Future-proof expandability

The CCS 900 Ultro is a flexible solution for this type of location, making it easy to conduct meetings without the need for an operator. The chairman can guide the discussion, allowing individual delegates to speak or enabling a number of delegates to use their microphones simultaneously. Delegates are guided by intuitive LED indicators to show when they can speak.

The CCS 900 Ultro Discussion System offers excellent basic installation for medium-sized applications such as international conference and business centres. The system can easily record the entire conference or event for accurate archiving or publishing. The system integrates easily with Bosch's Integrus Digital Infrared Language Distribution System.
A range of integration possibilities are available, such as Bosch handheld microphones for speeches or presentations. Using the interface for telephone and video conferencing, two remote locations can be linked together.
