On the morning of July 2, 2017, KPS Company, in collaboration with the Student Management Department of Ton Duc Thang University, organized a career orientation discussion for senior students of the Electrical – Electronics Faculty. As one of the leading companies in the field of importing, distributing, and providing comprehensive consulting solutions for security devices, fire alarm systems, telecommunications networks, and building management, KPS hopes to help students understand future career opportunities and the necessary requirements for starting their careers.

KPS technology expert shares about the applications of low voltage (ELV) systems in life

The discussion session attracted over 100 students, not only final-year students but also second and third-year students who were eager to learn. In the first part of the session, KPS technology experts helped the students understand the applications of Low Voltage Electrical Systems (ELV) in daily life and industry in general, while also introducing KPS and its business sectors in Vietnam. With years of experience, many of the experts were originally engineers who transitioned into business roles. They shared interesting insights about the career opportunities available to Electrical – Electronics students upon graduation. They emphasized that students could not only become technical staff, but also have many opportunities for growth in management or business sectors.

Next, KPS's Recruitment Department introduced the positions that the company is recruiting for and the company's training program. With the need to expand the market, KPS is currently looking to recruit many personnel with expertise in electronic engineering for internships or work. During the discussion, the students exchanged very enthusiastically and had many questions related to work as well as majors. All of the students' questions were answered by the company's technical and business experts along with useful advice for you when looking for a job.

At the end of the discussion, there were nearly 20 final year students who wished to intern and work at KPS. This is a promising young human resource that the company is eager to receive. The purpose of organizing the KPS Career Orientation seminar is not only to recruit talent for the Company but more importantly, to help young students have the first solid steps on their future career path.
