The Bosch API-AMC2-16IOE Expansion Board is the ideal solution for large-scale access control systems that need to expand the number of monitoring and control points. The AMC2-16IOE uses a 9.6 kbit/s RS485 communication interface to connect to the AMC2 central controller, ensuring stable and accurate data transmission in real time. The operating status of all inputs/outputs can be directly monitored on the LCD screen of the AMC2 controller, providing convenience for system monitoring and maintenance.

The device supports a power supply from 10 to 30 VDC and a low power consumption of only 5 VA, which saves energy and is suitable for backup UPS systems such as the PBC-60 power supply with built-in battery. The device case is made of high-quality ABS plastic, meeting IP30 standards, helping to protect internal components from dust and common physical agents.

With the ability to be installed on a standard DIN rail, the AMC2-16IOE board is suitable for many types of technical electrical cabinets, easily integrated into existing control cabinets.
