1. COMPANY INTRODUCTION

Khai Phat Security Systems Corporation (KPS) is a reputable company in Vietnam with more than 16 years of experiencein the fields of: ELV (Extra Low Voltage) solutions, AV (Audio – Visual) system integration, ICT (Information and Communication Technology), Fire Protection Systems, BMS, RCU, Smart Home solutions, and HVAC energy optimization solutions.

We are looking for a Sales Adminwho is proactive, detail-oriented, dynamic, passionate about business, and eager to develop a long-term career in a professional and stable environment.

2. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

A suitable candidate should:

Graduate from College/Universityin Business, Marketing, Foreign Languages, Technology, or related fields
Have at least 01 year of experience
Possess good communication skills and a results-oriented mindset
Be able to work under pressure
Have personal transportation and be willing to travel for work when required

3. JOB DESCRIPTION

Support the entire sales process, from receiving requests to completing orders
Coordinate with the internal technical teamin system design, configuration, technical documentation, and bidding support
Prepare quotations, purchasing documents, sales contracts, submission documents, acceptance documents, and settlement documents
Receive training and guidance from experienced colleaguesto become a highly capable professional
