KPS is recruiting Sales Engineer (Automation, building control, Smarthome and integrated systems)

JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES ENGINEER (BUILDING AUTOMATION, CONTROL SYSTEMS, SMART HOME & INTEGRATED SYSTEMS)

1. Main Objectives:

Develop business for building automation and control solutions, including BMS (Building Management Systems), Smart Home, RCU (Room Control Unit), HVAC systems, smart lighting, security (CCTV, access control), public address systems, and other integrated solutions.
Achieve sales targets and foster long-term relationships with customers.

2. Key Responsibilities:

2.1. Technical and Sales Consulting:

2.1.1. Provide technical consultation and design comprehensive solutions for projects, including:

BMS: Manage and control building systems like HVAC, electrical, and water.
HVAC: Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Smart Lighting: Automated lighting control to optimize energy usage.
Security Systems: CCTV, access control systems (ACS).
Public Address (PA): Public and emergency audio systems.
Smart Home Solutions: Automation for luxury villas, apartments, and hotels.

2.1.2. Prepare quotations, technical documents, and presentations tailored to clients’ needs.

2.2. Customer Development:

Expand the customer network, including investors, M&E contractors, design consultants, and distributors.
Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and events to introduce products and solutions.

2.3. Project Management:

Oversee projects from consulting and design to contract signing, implementation, and handover.
Collaborate with technical teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project quality and timeline.

2.4. After-Sales Support:

Assist clients with system operation and maintenance post-handover.
Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

3. Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields).
Proven experience in sales of automation systems, BMS, HVAC, Smart Home, or integrated solutions.
Familiarity with communication protocols (KNX, Modbus, BacNet, IP) is an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel for projects when needed.
Proficiency in English is preferred.
