KPS is recruiting International Purchasing Staff
Responsibilities:
-
Liaise with international partners and suppliers.
-
Negotiate distribution business cooperation policies.
-
Analyze, evaluate, and select the most suitable suppliers.
-
Manage and process order information, pricing, product status, delivery and payment terms, warranty, and handle any arising issues.
-
Track and execute import orders, forecasts (as assigned by management), customer orders, and internal purchase requests from the sales department and clients.
-
Prepare necessary documentation and forward to the accounting department.
-
Work with logistics providers to handle international shipments to the company's warehouse according to agreed terms.
-
Monitor shipment status: import/export documents, invoices, HS codes, etc.
-
Understand product specifications and calculate final profit margins.
-
Organize and archive import documents for each shipment.
-
Perform other duties as assigned by direct management.
Job Requirements:
-
University degree in International Business, Economics, or related fields.
-
At least 2 years of experience in international purchasing.
-
Solid knowledge of Incoterms, Logistics, and Customs Declaration.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office, planning, and organizing work effectively.
-
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
-
Proficiency in English is an advantage.
