KPS IS HIRING – SALES ENGINEER (FIRE ALARM & FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS)

Working location: Ho Chi Minh City (1) & Hanoi (1) – Willing to travel

Income: VND 20–40 million/month + unlimited commission
Available project pipeline – Strong KPS product ecosystem ranging from ELV, Building Management Systems (BMS), AV & ICT, to Heavy Electrical and HVAC systems.

You will have the autonomy to develop the market with strong support from KPS’s technical team and existing project resources.

Khai Phat Security System JSC (KPS) is a reputable company in Vietnam’s fire protection (PCCC) industry with over 16 years of market experience.

Since 2017, KPS has been fully licensed to operate in fire protection design, trading, installation, and maintenance.

KPS is the official distributor in Vietnam for leading global fire alarm manufacturers, including:

• Bosch

• Johnson Controls (Simplex)

• Kidde (GST)

We are seeking experienced Sales Engineers with solid project execution exposure who are looking for long-term career growth in a professional and stable environment.

 

ARE YOU THE CANDIDATE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

You are a good fit if you:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, MEP, Fire Protection, or equivalent

• Have 3–7 years of experience in technical sales within fire alarm, fire protection, BMS, ELV, or project-based solutions

• Possess strong networks with consultants, developers, main contractors, and MEP/PCCC contractors

• Have good knowledge of UL/FM, EN54, VdS standards and product specification processes for projects

• Experience working for manufacturers or distributors is an advantage

• Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills, result-oriented mindset, and ability to work under sales pressure

• Own personal transportation and are willing to travel for work

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain relationships with project owners, consultants, main contractors, and MEP/PCCC contractors

• Provide consultancy and propose suitable fire alarm and fire protection solutions for projects

• Coordinate with internal technical teams on design, system configuration, technical documentation, and tender support

• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close contracts

• Manage the entire project sales cycle: from design/spec-in stage → equipment supply → coordination for installation and system acceptance

• Participate in industry seminars and professional training programs

• Report market insights and business plans on a periodic basis
