Last April, KPS Company organized its annual Team Building trip, traversing the Central Vietnam heritage route: Da Nang - Hoi An - Hue (April 16-19, 2026).

This was not simply a trip, but a meaningful journey – where each KPS member had the opportunity to connect more deeply, recharge their energy, and strengthen team spirit after their tireless efforts at work.

A journey of experiences and emotions

Each destination on the journey had its own unique character, contributing to a complete picture:

A peaceful, ancient, and poetic Hoi An – where time seemed to slow down, helping each person find balance and tranquility.

A magnificent Ba Na Hills, like a "fairyland" amidst the clouds – where the whole group immersed themselves in nature and experienced exhilarating adventures.

A tranquil Hue, rich in history and culture – a place that preserves profound impressions, evoking many emotions and reflections.

More than just a journey through landmarks, this was a journey through a range of emotions – from relaxation and joy to connection and pride.

Connecting for Sustainable Development

The highlight of the trip was the concluding Gala – where all KPS members looked back on the journey in a warm and emotional atmosphere.

Shared stories, recreated moments, smiles, and empathy helped each individual understand each other better, thus creating a strong and cohesive team.

Speaking at the event, CEO Dinh Tan Dat emphasized:

“Each KPS member is a crucial link in the system. When we are connected and work together, that is the foundation for sustainable development and conquering greater goals.”
