EasyIO FS-20 High-Performance IP Controller

The EasyIO FS-20 is a high-performance IP controller from the FS Series, designed for large-scale BMS systems requiring deep integration between IT and OT.

Unlike traditional controllers that only perform control functions, the FS-20 acts as a true edge controller, capable of processing data, storing history, and communicating directly with high-level management platforms. Equipped with a 1.2GHz quad-core ARM Cortex-A7 CPU, 512MB of RAM, and 8GB of eMMC memory, it allows for simultaneous operation of multiple tasks such as control, data acquisition, and complex logic processing.

The FS-20 supports multiple protocols including BACnet IP/MSTP, Modbus TCP/RTU, MQTT, SOX, and TCom, enabling flexible connectivity with HVAC, energy, and IT platforms. The integration of a RESTful API and SQL Lite database (up to 100,000 records) allows for direct data storage and retrieval on the device, reducing reliance on a central server.

A highlight of the FS-20 is its ability to access and operate via an integrated HTML5 web server, supporting an intuitive dashboard and live programming using CPT Tool. Additionally, the device integrates a VPN Server/Client and enterprise security standards such as TLS 1.3, SSL, 802.1x, and IPv6, ensuring secure remote connections.

Regarding I/O configuration, the FS-20 provides:

This allows for direct control of HVAC systems, plant rooms, or building technical systems. The device also supports I/O expansion via the EasyIO FD-20i module when needed.
