The i-PRO WV-U1532LA camera is corrosion-resistant in marine environments at a basic level, but is not determined to meet specialized sea salt standards such as ISO 9227 (Salt Spray Test) or NEMA 4X - which are often applied to equipment installed near the sea or areas with high humidity and salt.

However, some features support stable outdoor operation of the device, including:
