Hardware transcoder

Hardware transcoder VIP-XTCXF-INT or VJT-XTCXF must be configured in VRM, refer to VRM documentation. Hardware transcoding only applicable for VRM connected BVIP cameras. For transcoding live streams it is not required that the respective camera is recording.
